Why Veganism? 5 Lessons in Life.

Image
A Vegan World! :O Not everybody is aware that every member of 1898music and myself are Vegan. I've been Vegan since I was 15 years old and now I'm 29. A lot of time has passed since I initially went Vegan. Has my Philosophy of Veganism changed throughout all these years? I would say the impulse is the same, and as life goes on, my initial purpose is constantly reaffirmed. Why Veganism? Here are my 5 lessons in life Veganism has taught me. 1. Be Militant One of the main problems of our century is not laziness but lack of militancy. We are obsessed with striving different goals and focusing on what is the latest trend. One has to aim at the timeless rather than the disposable. Veganism is a promise of eternity and purity, from the first day you are Vegan, you are eternally Vegan, it makes no sense to go on a temporary Vegan diet. This fidelity and militancy is extended to 1898music and Alt-Jpop, you hold on to an eternal intuition and process. Once you start the promise,

Lil Peep, Gen Z and Western Pop

A woman drinking Soylent , a popular artificially flavored meal replacement among Gen Z I don't tend to share my opinions or have any discursive presence, for this reason I'm spreading my ideas more often to whoever is interested. People who know me personally are very aware of my cultural isolationism , I'm extremely xenophobic, not xenophobic in the anti-foreigner racist way but I'm reluctant to the innovationism  of Western Culture. I find Western Popular Culture quite silly in fact, especially the so called Emo Trap , a problematic genre that has accelerated the cuckholdery of beat leasing. Lil Peep is an idol to Gen Z and Millennials, for some arbitrary reason people are obsessed with his persona and what he represents. Since I'm an apologetic of moralism, Lil Peep is a reflection of how cuck we have become, no offense to his fans, not that Lil Peep's fans are cucks but that Lil Peep is a reflection of how cuck we have become.  Even if I'm a esot

Transcendental Bedroom Beatz, Clout Chasing and Online Dating

People seem to be very inspired (and very bored too). They appear to have a lot of extra time to chat, to make beatz, to tweet, to engage in the infamous no nut November (whatever that means), etc. It makes me reflect as a beatmaker who creates a public good meant to be shared, this public good is popular music. I have always been very open about my position regarding Western Beatz, I don't like the attitude or its Metaphysics, from Clout Chasers to Game Changers to Beat Leasers. For me the most important thing as a producer is the power of the duty. We have a duty to make beatz, this duty is an authority you impose to yourself or it could be described as you becoming the Authority . Your duty is to make a beat, to unconditionally make a beat, to hyperproduce , to be loyal to your Ethics or as my Filipina Penpal DJ Melania 666 would say Be Loyal to The 6 . The hyper-regulated gig economy has definitely deteriorated the power of the duty, tacitly implied that Marketing is a r

Been reflecting a lot about my beatz and my unemployment lately. Now that I think about it,  I'm quite happy being unemployed, it's true that I have no money but at least I don't have to listen to a boss. A good friend of mine named Atticus told me "m8, if you work you die," I agree, I would die, I simply just can't work, as a matter of fact I've never had a contract based job! And I'm 29! The last two jobs I applied to were at Hot Topic and Books-A-Million. Hot Topic never hired me and I can understand why. I was hypocritical af during the interview, I said the most ridiculous stuff about my work ethic! How do I know my work ethic if I've never worked? Anyway, who the fuck wants to work for 10 USD an hour? Some people say I could make a living making beatz, sure, I would like to but I secretly think it isn't that possible at the moment, I personally think beat leasers have ruined it for everyone (even for themselves), selling beatz for 20 U
